Everything Leadership Development Cohort

What am I called to? Does my work even matter? What does it take to make a difference?

The Everything Leadership Development Cohort (ELDC) is an opportunity to spend a year exploring these vital questions alongside a community of those in the first 10 years of their careers from across a range of sectors in society.

You will be equipped to pursue the call to cultural renewal by hearing from leaders and changemakers who have held positions of influence across society.

What does the programme entail?	The year begins with a full-day together in January, followed by a series of monthly evening gatherings, the annual Everything Conference, two dinners together with ELDC Alumni from previous years, and a weekend away. The year ends with a final gathering together with the ELDC Alumni in December.
How much does the ELDC cost?	There is no charge for participating in the programme but we ask you to commit to all sessions and attend the 2026 Everything Conference.
Who should apply?	The ELDC is a programme for those in their first 10 years of work, who are hungry to go deeper in their understanding of God’s purposes for culture and society, and to discern their place within that.
Why the ELDC?	The ELDC is a unique opportunity to both connect with an exceptional group of young culture-makers and to hear from established Christian leaders of character about how to cultivate a heart for renewal, and to walk the road of obedience, vision and faith over the long term.
