Everything Leadership Development Cohort (ELDC)

About The ELDC
The Everything Leadership Development Cohort is a year-long programme for Christians at the beginning of their careers who are passionate to see the cultural renewal of the U.K. and beyond.
We believe God cares about everything, from the art we create, to the laws we shape, to the way we care for those in need. The ELDC exists to equip a new generation of leaders to live this out, building a community of Christians who bring faith, integrity, and courage into every sphere of public life.

Who It’s For
The ELDC is designed for Christians in the first ten years of their careers, across every sector of society whether its business, politics, education, the arts, media, science, non-profit and beyond.
If you long to grow as a leader, to build lasting friendships with others who share the same heart, and to play your part in the renewal of our culture, the ELDC is for you.
