The Everything Leadership Development Cohort (ELDC) is a year-long leadership and discipleship programme for emerging Christian leaders in the first ten years of their careers. It exists to equip emerging leaders with the character, confidence, vision, and, importantly, the community of like-minded peers committed to serving Christ faithfully and contributing to the renewal of culture over the decades to come.

EVERYTHING LEADERSHIP
DEVELOPMENT COHORT

  • The Everything Leadership Development Cohort (ELDC) is a year-long programme for Christians at the beginning of their careers who are passionate to see the cultural renewal of the UK and beyond.

    We believe God cares about everything, from the art we create, to the laws we shape, to the way we care for those in need. The ELDC exists to equip a new generation of leaders to live this out, building a community of Christians who bring faith, integrity, and courage into every sphere of public life.

  • The ELDC is designed for Christians in the first ten years of their careers, across every sector of society whether its business, politics, education, the arts, media, science, non-profit and beyond.

    If you long to grow as a leader, to build lasting friendships with others who share the same heart, and to play your part in the renewal of our culture, the ELDC is for you.

  • Many young Christians with leadership potential are stepping into influential sectors yet lack the biblical understanding, support, and encouragement needed to lead wisely and faithfully over the long term. Many of these leaders are asking big questions about how their faith can interlink with their careers and how God can use them to bring about lasting positive change in their industries.

    The ELDC addresses this by combining practical leadership development, biblical frameworks, and authentic community. Participants grow in character, have the opportunity to meet and learn from senior leaders in the Everything Supper Club, and build lasting friendships that will strengthen and support them throughout their careers.

  • Generous donors enable us to deliver the programme, though we invite each successful applicant to contribute £10 p/m over the course of the year.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Each cohort follows a structured 12-month journey including a launch weekend, monthly gatherings for teaching and relationship-building, prayer nights, alumni dinners, the Everything Conference, and the Everything Weekend.

Beyond the programme, we look to create opportunities for these emerging leaders to develop their confidence and organisations through opportunities to speak at the Everything Conference and the Everything Weekend.

This growing community of Christian leaders will, as future CEOs, government ministers, founders, and institutional leaders shape the ideas and institutions that shape our culture for decades to come.

Over twelve months, participants journey together through a rhythm of gatherings, learning, and community-building.

  • Launch Weekend – we kick off the programme over a weekend in January

  • Monthly Gatherings – teaching, discussion, and time to connect

  • The Everything Conference – a highlight of the year gathering the entire network

  • Alumni Dinners – sharing stories and wisdom across generations

  • Weekend Away – deepening friendships and vision together

  • Prayer Nights – joining the wider Everything Network in prayer

The year finishes with a final celebration alongside ELDC Alumni in December.
