David is the co-founder of Everything. He is the Founding Pastor of Christ Church London, a church that works for the cultural, social and spiritual renewal of the city. David is also the co-founder of the Forum Network. Forum creates dense network of senior leaders who use their platforms to work together to bring about positive change. There are currently Forum communities in London, New York and Washington DC.

Philippa Stroud

CO-FOUNDER, EVERYTHING

Philippa is the co-founder of Everything. She is CEO of ARC, formerly the Chief Executive of the Legatum Institute and of the Centre for Social Justice, Special Adviser to the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions and additionally to the Prime Minister. She is also the co-founder of the Forum Network. Philippa was made a life peer in October 2015.

MEMBER OF SCOTTISH PARLIAMENT

Kate Forbes is Deputy First Minister of Scotland and Cabinet Secretary for the Economy and Gaelic in the Scottish Government. She has served as MSP for Skye, Lochaber and Badenoch since 2016. She is widely respected for her uncompromising, gracious commitment to her Christian values and faith in public life.

Janie Oliver

CEO, STEWARDSHIP

Janie joined Stewardship as CFO in February 2021 before becoming CEO in January 2024. Originally trained as a chartered accountant in South Africa, she spent her formative career in senior finance roles at Barclays Bank before transitioning to the charitable sector ten years ago.

Before joining Stewardship, Janie led The Just Money Movement, a charity seeking to influence on issues related to faith and finance, where she regularly spoke on connecting faith, money matters and living generously utilising all we have available to us. She also spent four years at Access – The Foundation for Social Investment, leading on the investment of their £60m endowment and pioneering a total-impact investment approach.

Miriam Cates is a former science teacher and MP, now a broadcaster who regularly contributes to the media on a wide range of issues and Senior Fellow at the Centre for Social Justice (CSJ), where she's leading the "Lost Boys" project—an initiative focused on addressing the challenges faced by boys in the UK. 

At the Everything Conference 2025, Miriam will explore the impact of smartphones and social media on today's adolescents, highlighting the challenges they face and the importance of safeguarding their wellbeing.

Tim is Programme Director at Times Radio, where he’s leading the push to connect The Times with new and younger audiences through digital audio. He oversees Times Radio, hit podcasts like Stories of Our Times, and a fast-growing YouTube channel. Before launching Times Radio in 2020, Tim was an editor at BBC Radio 5 Live and helmed Blue Peter and Newsround.

Robin John is CEO and co-founder of Eventide, an asset management firm dedicated to honouring God and investing in companies that benefit the common good. Robin and his wife Jaunita co-founded Darsha Academy, a girls’ school in Southern India, to educate and empower young women in science.

Fabio D’Andrea is an acclaimed contemporary classical composer, pianist and film director. He has performed all over the world at prestigious events and venues, including Cannes Film Festival and the Royal Albert Hall. His latest works have served to bring focus to current social issues and advocate for change.

Jason is the founding Headmaster of Heritage School in Cambridge, a leading voice in Charlotte Mason education in the UK. At the core of the Heritage vision is a belief that every culture needs a centre—and for Heritage, that centre is the Christian faith.

Heritage has been recognised for its screen-free, book-based approach. They want to see their pupils grow into young people of character, who are able to think deeply, and who go on to live full lives that contribute to the common good.

Matthew Otubu is the founder and convener of Black Politicos, a new kind of private members’ club on a mission to fix the broken talent pipeline in UK politics and policy. As a civil servant at the Cabinet Office, he is a trusted adviser to governments and senior leaders in the UK and overseas, helping them design and deliver policy impact for the public good.

Vicky is a Change and Transformation Lead in the pharmaceutical industry, helping global companies like GSK, Bayer, and Johnson & Johnson deliver large-scale change. Alongside this, she is the co-founder of Dana & Fabe, a vintage homeware brand celebrating beauty through handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Jamie Elsdon-Dew

POLICE OFFER, LEAD ON KNIFE CRIME

Jamie is a Metropolitan Police officer leading on national efforts to tackle Serious Organised Crime. He pioneered the Serious Organised Crime Conference, a twice-yearly gathering for 400 staff that brings together senior leaders from across society to promote cultural renewal grounded in Christian values. Past speakers have included the Archbishop of Canterbury, Nicky Gumbel, and the former head of MI5.
