FAQ

Where is it happening?	Emmanuel Centre, 9-23 Marsham St, London SW1P 3DW.
Childcare?	No on-site childcare will be provided at the Everything Conference. Attendees must be 16+. For parents with very young babies, a side-room with a live stream of the main auditorium will be made available. Thank you for understanding that for older children, you will need to make alternative childcare arrangement
What if I can no longer make it?	Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please submit your request in writing via email to info@everythingnetwork.co. For cancellations made up to and including 19th April (28 days before the conference), we will be happy to provide a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for requests received after April 19th.
Transfer of ticket	If you're unable to join us on May 17th but would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please let us know ahead of the event. To process the request, simply email your name, phone number, ticket type, and the date of purchase to info@everythingnetwork.co, and we’ll be in touch to confirm the transfer.
No-Shows	We understand that plans can change, but please note that we’re unable to offer refunds for no-shows.
