As a ‘creative’, how do I fit in?

It's our experience that many 'creatives', which includes artists, designs, performers, musicians, writers, photographers, & many many more, often feel fairly frustrated in their local church setting. So it might be that you feel misunderstood about your potential; it may be due to a lack of opportunities to express your gift in the local church; or just a lack of creativity within the church culture.

However, it’s our conviction that ‘creatives’ really matter to God and that they play a crucial part in God’s plan for the world. Being a ‘creative’ should be more than just being asked to design a church flyer or build a church website (on the cheap)!

David and I look at some of the theological and practical issues surrounding ‘creatives’, the creative industries, and working in the local church. Through stories and practical examples, we hope to inspire and catch you up into the ‘mission of God’.
